Buffalo Chicken Bites

If you're searching for the perfect game-day snack, easy appetizer, or late-night craving fix, these Buffalo Chicken Bites are about to become your new obsession. They have everything we love in a comfort food: creamy chicken filling, a kick of buffalo heat, melty cheese, and that irresistible golden crunch from the air fryer. Even better, they come together in just minutes.

Whether you're hosting friends or treating yourself, this recipe delivers big flavor with minimal work, and honestly, that’s my favorite kind of recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces cooked chicken tenderloins

  • 1/4 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese

  • 2 tablespoons of whipped cream cheese

  • 1 tablespoon Franks red hot wings sauce

  • 1 teaspoon Hidden Valley ranch mix

  • Green onions

Recipe:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a food, mixer or processor and mix until all ingredients are mixed up together (but not too long).

Here’s the food processor I have had for years and love: KitchenAid Food Chopper.

  2. Divide mix into 8 wonton wrappers.

  3. Get your hands wet with water and then fold up the wontons. The water will help them stick together better.

  4. Air fry at 390° for 3-4 minutes.

Here is my favorite air fryer: Ninja Air Fryer DualZone 2-Basket

  5. Drizzle more buffalo sauce on top and enjoy!
