Breakfast Pizza

Macros: 46 G Protein, 17 G Carbs, 21 G Fat, 445 calories

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup egg whites

  • 1 egg 

  • 1 T country gravy mix

  • 1 Joseph’s Pita (60-calorie one)

  • 1 Laughing Cow Light Cheese wedge 

  • 2 oz diced ham 

  • 1 T bacon bits 

  • 1/8 cup shredded cheese (like Colby Jack, Cheddar, or Mexican) 

Instructions:

  1. Scramble egg whites, egg, & gravy mix together. 

  2. Spread Laughing Cow cheese on pita and then top with diced ham, bacon bits, scrambled egg mix, & cheese.

  3. Air fry at 390 for 5ish minutes until crispy.

Notes:

  • I have made this with 2 oz of cooked turkey breakfast sausage, and it’s just as good! The diced ham/bacon combo is just a tad easier because you don’t have to precook it.
