Ingredients
55 g Kodiak Power Cakes Pancake & Waffle Mix
¾ cup liquid egg whites
1 large egg
¼ cup nonfat plain Oikos Triple Zero Greek yogurt
1½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp monkfruit sweetener
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly spray a small baking dish with nonstick spray.

In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
Pour batter into the prepared dish.
Bake for 18 minutes, or until the center is just set.
Top with fruit and/or low call syrup. Enjoy! (Not included in macros)
