Ingredients

  • 55 g Kodiak Power Cakes Pancake & Waffle Mix

  • ¾ cup liquid egg whites

  • 1 large egg

  • ¼ cup nonfat plain Oikos Triple Zero Greek yogurt

  • 1½ tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tsp monkfruit sweetener

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly spray a small baking dish with nonstick spray.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients.

  3. Pour batter into the prepared dish.

  4. Bake for 18 minutes, or until the center is just set.

  5. Top with fruit and/or low call syrup. Enjoy! (Not included in macros)
