High Protein Cherry Cheesecake

Macros= 250 calories, 26 Grams Protein, 1 Gram Fat, 45 Grams Carbs

Ingredients

  • 10 grams graham cracker crust (about 1 tablespoon) 

  • 12 grams Swerve brown sugar (about 1 tablespoon)

  • 1 tablespoon water 

  • 250 grams Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla Greek Yogurt 

  • 8 grams sugar free cheesecake pudding mix

  • 85 grams sugar free cherry filling 

Instructions

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and water. Mix. Pack down in dish and microwave for 20-25 seconds until it firms up.

  • Mix Greek yogurt & pudding mix.

  • Add yogurt mix on top of crust.

  • Top with cherry filling.
