High Protein Crustless Quiche
If you want a high‑protein breakfast that’s low‑effort and always turns out delicious, this crustless quiche is a winner. Each serving packs around 30 grams of protein and stays under 330 calories, making it perfect for meal prep or busy mornings. The best part is that you don’t need to be a great cook…this recipe is super forgiving and customizable.
You can swap in any cheese, add more veggies, or change up the protein, and it still bakes beautifully. Broccoli, deli ham, and your favorite shredded cheese come together with a simple egg mixture to create a fluffy, flavorful quiche you can slice and enjoy throughout the week.
